Eligibility For Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived leaking or defective
- The item is missing from your order
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Essential oils that have been opened
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards or promotional items
Returns that do not meet our policy conditions may be rejected.
Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement:

- Photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:

- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was from our side
If your order was paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), refund details may be collected separately.
